Here For You

We have experience in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Each of our therapists brings their own unique perspective and approach to their practice. Let's get you connected with the right therapist for you.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can be an incredibly transformative experience where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and non-judgmental space. Through individual therapy, you can learn to cultivate self-awareness, build self-esteem, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Anxiety

Anxiety can be a debilitating condition that can affect various aspects of your life. In therapy, we will work together to identify the root causes of your anxiety, develop coping strategies, and cultivate mindfulness techniques to manage your symptoms and reduce their impact on your daily life.

Depression

Depression can feel like a heavy weight that affects your mood, energy levels, and overall sense of well-being. In therapy, we can explore your experiences and emotions, identify negative thought patterns, and develop healthy coping mechanisms to create a brighter future.

PTSD

PTSD can be a complex and challenging condition to navigate, but therapy can provide a safe and supportive space for you to process your traumatic experiences, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and begin to heal from the emotional and psychological impact of trauma.

Abuse & Trauma

Abuse and trauma can leave a lasting impact on an individual's emotional and psychological well-being. In therapy, we will work together to address the traumatic experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and empower you to reclaim your sense of agency and control.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a type of therapy that helps you and your partner improve your relationship dynamics and resolve conflicts. We provide a safe and supportive space where you can openly communicate, understand each other better, and develop healthier ways of interacting. You can benefit from increased emotional intimacy, better conflict resolution, and opportunities for personal growth both as individuals and as a couple.

Types of Counseling

We have a lot to offer.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

Sometimes it is helpful to build a “resource team” and address concerns and/or other presenting issues before jumping into standard EMDR procedures. A beautiful thing about EMDR is that your brain leads the way, so your therapy is uniquely tailored to your own needs.
You remain in control throughout the entire healing journey as we access fragmented information and allow the brain to adaptively integrate it into a whole, beautiful mosaic story, freeing you to live organically in the present moment.

Trauma Model Therapy (TMT)

Trauma Model Therapy (TMT) is a comprehensive and integrative approach to treating trauma that focuses on the emotional, physical, and cognitive aspects of trauma. In TMT, we work together to create a safe and supportive environment where we can explore and process the traumatic experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and help you regain a sense of control and empowerment in your life.

Accelerated Reprocessing Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Reprocessing Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based therapy that utilizes eye movements to help process traumatic memories and experiences. Through ART, we can help you reprocess and integrate your traumatic experiences, reduce the intensity of your emotional responses, and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and control.

Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT)

Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) is a form of therapy that focuses on the role of emotions in mental health and well-being. In EFT, we work together to identify and explore the underlying emotions that are causing distress, develop healthy emotional regulation strategies, and help you build a more positive relationship with your emotions.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based approach to therapy that focuses on helping individuals accept their thoughts and emotions without judgment, and commit to positive behaviors and values that are aligned with their goals and aspirations. Through ACT, we can help you cultivate mindfulness, develop self-compassion, and work towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT)) is a form of therapy that focuses on developing healthy coping mechanisms and improving communication and interpersonal skills. Through DBT, we can help you develop mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation strategies, and interpersonal effectiveness skills, empowering you to better manage your emotions and build healthier relationships.

The Gottman Method

The Gottman Method is a research-based approach developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, which focuses on building stronger and more fulfilling relationships. By combining proven therapeutic techniques and strategies, the Gottman Method helps you and your partner understand and address the underlying issues that can strain your relationship. This approach emphasizes the importance of nurturing friendship, managing conflict constructively, fostering shared meaning, and enhancing emotional connection. The Gottman Method provides practical tools and interventions that empower you to create lasting positive changes, strengthen your bond, and enjoy a more satisfying and harmonious partnership.
